About Veetro

Veetro makes everyday home-cleaning essentials for Indian homes — detergent, surface cleaner, dishwash, floor care and handwash that actually work, at prices that make sense for daily use. We started with a simple annoyance: cleaners that promised the world and delivered a faint smell. Every Veetro formula is lab-tested, cruelty-free, and made in India — and we'd rather do a focused range exceptionally than a hundred products adequately.

Detergent, surface cleaner, dishwash, floor cleaner, toilet cleaner, handwash. That's the range. Everything else is discipline.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what's needed to process your order and improve Veetro: your name, email, phone, and delivery address when you check out or create an account; basic usage data (pages viewed, cart activity) to keep the site working properly.

We never sell your personal information. It's shared only with the delivery partner fulfilling your order and the payment provider processing your transaction — nowhere else.

Your data is stored securely and kept only as long as needed for orders, support, and legal record-keeping. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to contact@veetroindia.com.

Cookies are used only to keep you logged in and remember your cart — no third-party ad tracking.

Terms of Service

By placing an order on Veetro, you confirm the delivery details you provide are accurate and that you're authorised to use the payment method selected (including Cash on Delivery).

Prices shown include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order affected by one, with a full refund if payment was already collected.

Product images are representative — packaging or formula improvements may occur without notice, without changing what the product does.

Misuse of coupons, referral offers, or repeated fraudulent orders may result in an order being cancelled or an account being restricted.

These terms are governed by Indian law. For any dispute, we'd rather sort it out directly — reach us at contact@veetroindia.com before anything else.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivered pan-India. Delivery above ₹499 is free; orders below that carry a small delivery fee shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery carries an additional ₹29 COD fee.

Tracking. Once shipped, you'll get updates by email/SMS, and can always check order status from My Account → Past Orders.

Returns. Not happy with what arrived? Let us know within 7 days of delivery — damaged, wrong, or defective items are replaced or refunded, no questions asked. Write to us with your order ID and a photo where relevant, and we'll sort it from there.

Refunds. Once a return is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method (or as store credit for COD orders) within 5–7 business days.
